Terms

These terms cover the listing fix sold by Maps Fix Pro, a trading name of AI Technology ("I", "me"), to a business ("you"). Asking me to start the work means you accept them.
1. The service
A one-time improvement of your business's Google Maps listing: the ten points on the home page. It is not a subscription and there is no contract to renew.
2. Price and payment
The price is $297 USD, one time. I do the work first. Once you have seen the finished listing, I send you an invoice by email, payable by card online within 7 days.
3. Refund
If you are not happy within 14 days of paying, tell me and I refund the full amount. You keep the work.
4. Access to your listing
You add me as a Manager of your listing. You remain its Owner, I never ask to become Owner, and you can remove me at any time. When the work is done, I remove myself if you ask me to.
5. What you provide
Accurate information about your business, and only photos and material you have the right to use. I publish what you give me in good faith.
6. What I do not promise
I do not promise any ranking, position, number of views, calls or customers. Google decides how listings are shown and may ask you to re-verify your business, review a listing, or change or suspend it, on its own timing. Those decisions are Google's, not mine.
7. Reviews
I never write, buy or filter reviews, and never offer anything in return for one. Replies to existing reviews are shown to you before they are published.
8. Liability
My total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Independence
Maps Fix Pro is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC.
